5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
CICS Longwood - GLI Classroom - Hackman 114
1309 W. 95th St

GLI would like to thank parents and students for supporting our efforts to expose students to a globally focused learning environment. To show our appreciation, we are inviting parents and students to a holiday dinner Thursday, December 19th. Our theme is "Christmas in Africa" and connects with students' current research on the history of Christmas and related traditions in Africa. Several students will be selected to present their findings during the dinner, and we will serve various dishes representing the African Diaspora. We will also be raffling off several gift cards at the end of dinner to help with your final Christmas shopping plans!

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • SPACE IS LIMITED since we are using a classroom to host the dinner. Only students enrolled in GLI and up to two parents/guardians may attend.

  • Parents and students must RSVP to attend the dinner to ensure we order enough food and beverages and stay within capacity limits.

  • Email info@glichicago.org to RSVP.
